Hog Island

One of the first fun things we did during the break was to go to Hog Island with some friends.  It's a small island off the coast of Grenada that isn't inhabited at all, but it does have a cool beach that we found.  It's not a hard hike to get there, but it did take a while.

After walking for a bit you come to a bridge that you cross to actually get to the island.  For some reason they keep the gate locked, so we had to climb over stuff to get to the bridge.

That's Hog Island in the background
I was going to be all about taking pictures, but that idea faded fast and I hardly took any pictures.

There were tons of conch shells piled up at the beach we found

I have no idea why I have my hand up, but it's the only picture of us we took

We hung out at this cool beach for awhile, did some exploring, then did some awesome snorkeling.  We had a blast and we're super glad we did this.

On a different day there was a hash going to Hog Island, so this picture is from a different day, but it's a picture of the island from the bridge.
